24/7 on‑call service for system failures, parts replacement, and troubleshooting. Billed at $100 /hr plus parts.
Emergency Repair
Replacement of outdated equipment with energy‑efficient models, including disposal of old units. Pricing provided per project.
System Upgrade
Full building audit with a report and recommendations to reduce energy consumption, billed at $500 per audit.
Annual Energy Audit
Residential Services
Service charge: $50 (Covers trip, first hour and diagnostics)
$75 per hour after.
Preventative maintenance service contracts starting at $50 up to $100 a year.
$50 per year, you receive 1 Filter change, Unit inspection and recommendations.
$75 per year includes 1 filter change, Condenser cleaning, Pan tabs, inspection and recommendations.
$100 per year includes 2 filter changes and Condenser cleaning twice a year (Spring and Fall) and Pan tabs, inspection and recommendations.
We do not work on Commission and WILL NOT SELL you on anything you do not need.
